The qualification, experience and age limit for the above post(s) are as under:

1. Superintending Engineer(Civil)

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹37400-67000/- (PB-4) with Grade Pay (GP) ₹8700/- and other allowances as admissible.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

(a) BE/BTech Degree in Civil Engineering (1st Class or equivalent) from a recognised and nationally reputed Institute/University;

(b) A minimum 18 years of working experience out of which at least 8 years of experience as an Executive Engineer in Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- or equivalent in Central / State Government including Government Autonomous Bodies / Organizations and Public Sector Undertakings of national repute in the following areas:

Planning, design, estimation, tendering, contract management, execution, construction, billing, certification etc. of Civil Works involving, but not limited to, multistoried buildings, institutional buildings, water, sanitary and sewer systems, central HVAC system, fire fighting systems, building management systems, roads and area development etc.

(c) Have successfully executed works of having combined value of at least Rs. 200 crore in the last 18 years OR Rs. 150 crore in the last 8 years as Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Desirable:

(i) Master's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Construction Management/ Structural Engineering from a recognized and nationally reputed Institute/ University. Years of required experience in (b) above may be reduced to 16 and 6 years respectively for such candidates. However, the work value requirement as in (c) above remain the same.

(ii) Knowledge of CPWD works manual, CPWD specifications, Structural designing, Tender documentation, Contract management, CPWD account code, Financial accounting, arbitration and reconciliation, administration and working knowledge of inter disciplinary engineering fields like electrical and HVAC.

(iii)Demonstrated ability of having exhibited leadership attributes and coordination with various disciplines (such as electrical, mechanical, water works, public health, air-conditioning etc.) and agencies is required for experience in the above areas and having supervised a team of engineers and other professionals successfully.

Maximum age limit: 50 years.

 

2. Senior Software Engineer Grade-I

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹15600-39100/-(PB-3) with Grade Pay (GP) ₹7600/- and other allowances as admissible.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

(a) ME/M.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent with at least 60% marks or CGPA of at least 6.5 in 10 point scale from a recognized University/Institute of repute and at least 6 years' of relevant experience in the following areas out of which 3 years in the Grade Pay of X 6600/- or equivalent level. OR

(b) B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology or MCA or equivalent with at least 60% marks or CGPA of at least 6.5 in 10 point scale from a recognized University/Institute of repute and at least 8 years' of relevant experience in the following areas out of which 3 years in the Grade Pay of X 6600/- or equivalent level.

Experience:

(i) Hands on working experience software engineering practices including -with strong back ground in Spring Frame work, J2EE technologies, Hibernate and other enterprise technologies, agile computing, Experience in system and class design, build system. Experience in system administration, automated unit testing, scalability and replication; disaster recovery; backup and archival. Experience in preparing SRS and SDS documentation and Storage system (SAN and NAS). Experience of working in Big Data Analytics, Data Mining. Experience of working with Postgres SQL or any open source.

(ii) Hands on working experience in Data base design/development for high performance computing including - Data Modeling / Designing, Engineering Data Storage, Data Management, Data Integrity Assurance, Data Warehousing, Data Mining/Knowledge Discovery, Data Pattern Extraction/Analytics, Legacy, Evolution an Migration, XML/UML Scheme Development, Database Application Development, Scalability Optimization, Database Performance, Real-time In-memory Databases, Real-time Mobile Connectivity, Database Security/Confidentially, Concurrency Control/Recovery, Web Service Connectivity.

(iii) Knowledge of software security including cryptography and cryptographic protocols, access control, usage control, and information flow models, security requirements and attacker models, implementation-level security issues including buffer overflow attacks and SQL injections, risk analysis, BSI baseline protection and the Common Criteria, Public Key Infrastructures, data protection and privacy in distributed and open systems, Network systems. Applicants with development and working experience at client places for handling and implementation of ERP especially at academic institution of National importance will get higher preference. Applicants should have good communication skills, have ability to work in a group.

Leading teams to execute projects with 200 man day's involvement.

3. Senior Software EngineerGrade-ll

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹5600-39100/-(PB-3) with Grade Pay (GP) ₹ 6600/- and other allowances as admissible.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

BE/B.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent or MCA from a recognised University/Institute of repute with at least 60% marks or CGPA of at least 6.5 in 10 point scale and at least 5 years' relevant experience in the following areas out of which 3 years in the Grade Pay of ₹5400/- or equivalent level.

Experience:

Hands on working experience with strong back ground in Spring Frame work, J2EE technologies especially on JSP, JDMC, HTML5, JSON, Postgrest SQL, RDBMS, Java script front end frame work like jQuery, Data base desing/development for high performance computing, XML and UML, Knowledge of communication protocols TCP/IP, HTTP. Working experience with web service tools, Experience in system and class design, build system. Experience of system administration,

Applicants with development and working experience at client places for handling and implementation of ERP especially at academic institution of National importance will get higher preference. Applicants should have good communications skills, have ability to work in a group.

4. Software/Network Engineer

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹15600-39100/-(PB-3) with Grade Pay₹5400/- and other allowances as admissible.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech/MSc. in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent or MCA from a recognised University/Institute of repute with at least 60% marks or CGPA of at least 6.5 in 10 point scale and at least 2 years of relevant experience on any one of the following areas.

Experience:

(i) Hands on working experience with strong back ground in Spring Frame work, J2EE technologies especially on JSP, JDMC, HTML5, JSON, Postgres SQL, RDBMS, Java script front end frame work like jQuery, Data base design/development for high perfonmance computing, XML and UML, Knowledge of communication protocols TCP/IP, HTTP.

(ii) Hands on working experience in maintenance of servers, desktops, printers in a large computing environment. Knowledge of IT process, Configuration, installation and deployment of servers and PCs. Knowledge of motherboard, processors and memory circuits. Installing of Windows and LINUX. Good knowledge of system configuration. Some working experience with Spring Framework, J2EE technologies, Postgres SQL, RDBMS, Knowledge of communication protocols. Installation of virtual machines (VMWare and KVM)

Applicants with development and working experience at client places for handling and implementation of ERP especially at academic institution of National importance will get higher preference. Applicants should have good communication skills, have ability to work in a group.

5. Deputy Registrar

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹15600-39100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay ₹7600/- and other allowances as admissible.

Qualification & Experience: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognised University/Institute of repute; along with -

(i) Nine (9) years' of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of ₹6000/- and above with experience in educational administration, or

(ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and/orotherinstitutionsof higher education, or

(iii) 5 years' of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post in IITs / University System / Research Institute / Central Government Departments.

Desirable: Experience / Exposure to computer based Finance & Accounting / Audit / Academic / Purchase & Stores / Establishment/Personnel & HR will be preferred.

Maximum age limit: 50 years

 

6. Assistant Registrar

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹15600-39100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay ₹5400/- and other allowances as admissible.

Qualification & Experience: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale along with a good academic record.

Experience:

(i) At least 3 years of relevant experience at supervisory level in a reputed Educational Institute/ University System / Research Institute/ Central Government Departments;

(ii) Experience in Computer System & Applications, Office Automation.

Desirable: Experience / Exposure to computer based Finance & Accounting / Audit / Academic / Purchase & Stores / Establishment/Personnel & HR will be preferred.

Maximum age limit: 40 years.

 

7. Executive Officer

Pay Band and Grade Pay: ₹15600-39100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay ₹5400/- and other allowances as admissible.

Essential Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 1sl Class or equivalent OR Master's Degree with a minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 point scale from a recognised University/Institute of repute.

Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates possessing MBA Degree.

Experience:

At least three years of working experience in the following areas in a reputed organisation/institution.

• Working and liasoning with students and / or corporate.

• Handling career development processes at any organisation.

• Handling large projects with multiple organisations.

• Working experience in Personnel & HR department of any reputed organisation

 

Competencies:

Office planning and organising, building relationship with public and private sectors, team management, good working knowledge and understanding of data analysis, strong quantitative and analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills as well as proficiency in English. Hands on experience with Google applications, Microsoft applications including Share Point and other enterprise services, Web applications, online promotional and social media tools Maximum age limit: 40 years.
